What will I get?

How much does it cost?

How does payment and invoicing work?
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted payment provider based in the Netherlands, which accepts credit cards and PayPal from anywhere in the world. Once payment is made, an invoice will be sent directly to your email for your records. For more details about our payment provider, click here.
Can I work with my existing furniture?
Absolutely! Our designers will incorporate your favorite pieces into the new design. We love sustainable choices like this!
What if I don’t know my style?
If you’re unsure of your style, MYTIPEE will guide you through the process to discover and define the perfect look for your space. Reach out to support@mytipee.com.
Do I have to buy all the items recommended?
Not at all! Choose and buy what you love, when it suits you. We encourage eco-friendly, thoughtful purchasing choices.
What if I need changes?
Revisions are an important part of our collaborative process to ensure your final design is exactly what you want. Please keep in mind that refunds are only offered if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering your plan. Our affordable pricing reflects the time, expertise, and effort we dedicate to crafting your custom design, so we do not provide refunds for completed work. For more details refer to our T&C.
What happens if I need to pause the project?
If you need to pause your project, please reach out to us at support@mytipee.com and include your project reference. Please be aware that projects inactive for 90 days will not be eligible for a refund and may be closed.
What is the estimated timeline?
We aim to provide fast service, with most projects completed within 1–2 weeks, as long as all required steps are completed by you on schedule.
